reset your commission stats again for you to see your commission stat
details.
Below the CG_DEPOSIT
transactions were done
manually by me for testing purposes. The CG_DEPOSIT is the descriptor
for
Cash Comp transactions and is used when giving comps to VIP players.
The
GP_DEPOSIT is the descriptor for when a player converts Loyalty Points
to
cash. The MANUAL_DEPOSIT is the descriptor for when an adjustment is
made
by one our staff manually.

Looking at your affiliate Earnings
Report for the period February 2, 2009, the Credits in Hand
balance
shows -$7,319.75 yet the Payable amount is showing as $3,396.19.
Logically this doesn’t make sense because players shouldn’t have
negative balances, the affiliate’s Credits in Hand balance should never
be negative and therefore there shouldn’t be any amount payable in this
situation. However, we a have
flaw in our system
and made an error to show this as earnings. The reason this
situation
occurred was because of the previously mentioned adjustment error I
made when I
adjusted the -$9,999 by
manual_deposit which
threw the stats off. The transactions from February 5, 2009 were an
attempt to adjust the Test Account which in turn would adjust the
affiliate’s commissions stats back to the amount previous to the Test
Account activity.

Please send me a reply if you

clarification. Hopefully after reviewing this email, you can see that
we
were never trying to scam you of any commissions and that this
situation came
up due to my test account inflating your commission’s stats due
to a flaw in our
program in calculating commissions. I understand it is
frustrating
for an affiliate to check his commission stats and see he is to be paid
over
$7000 but then to find out that is not the case. It is a very
unfortunate
situation and coincidence that this Test Account situation occurred and
also in
roughly the same period one of your players’s charged back a majority
of
his deposits causing you lost commission.
